While making online bill payments through BangaloreOne, for any department, the
citizens are bound by the terms and conditions of the respective departments.
It must be hereby noted that while the citizen makes online bill payments
through his Credit Card, service charge equal to a stipulated percentage of the
payment made (defined by the respective credit card service provider) will be
charged in addition to the payment charge. Currently this credit card charge is equal to 1.75% 
of the Bill amount of the user. The Total amount that will be paid by the user will be equal to 
Bill amount + credit card service charge rounded off to the next highest integer. This credit card charge is liable to modification as per norms of the respective service providers. 
BangaloreOne will not be responsible
for any violation of department specific terms and conditions by the citizens.
All disputes regarding violation of terms and conditions are subject to
jurisdiction under the Government of Karnataka only.
