Booking of Train Ticket
The citizen can book the
Train Ticket, throughout all the BangaloreOne
centres, based on the availability. Six tickets,
at the maximum, can be booked at a time. Payment
mode will be either cash or Credit card. The
citizen must produce his/her PHOTO ID card of
the below, at the time of booking the ticket.
- Ration Card
- Voter's Card
- Passport
- Pan Card
- Employee ID (Central Govt or Stat Govt)
The Passenger, who is producing
PHOTO ID card, is considered to be the Master
Passenger, among the six passengers
group and he/she should bring the PHOTO ID card,
while on travelling. Concession for the Senior
Citizens will be given provided with the senior
citizenship card, pension card etc. Citizen
will be provided an Electronic Reservation slip
along with the BangaloreOne Receipt, at the
end of the transaction.

Cancellation
of Train Ticket
Cancellation will be done,
only for those tickets, which are booked in
B1 centers. The citizen has to provide the Electronic
Reservation slip, while cancellation. Citizen
has to bring the same credit card along with
the transaction slip, if the payment made through
credit card. Cancellation is possible for the
whole group or all sub passengers. Cancellation
of Master passenger can be done, only along
with the sub passengers.

Reprinting of Train Ticket
This Service enables a citizen to
reprint his/her train ticket, if he/she lost it. The
citizen has to provide the Ticket no, Photo ID card no/type
and the card issuing authority details to reprint the ticket.

The Process...
Though the BangaloreOne centers
work from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm, the Train ticket
booking through cash payments will be accepted
from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on all days, for the security
reasons. Bookings through credit cards can be
done from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm. B1 centres are
working including holidays which will be a major
boon to the citizens of Bangalore.

1. How will the integration
of IRCTC services with the Bangalore one project
work to the benefit of the public in Bangalore?
Residents of Bangalore already
benefit from the 16 hi-tech citizen service centres
in various parts of the city, which provide various
services relating to BMP, BESCOM, BSNL, BWSSB,
police, RTO, stamps and registration etc., all
under one roof. A new service – namely the IRCTC
– is also being added to the bouquet of services
being provided by these centres. The public will
now be able to book their Train Tickets at any
B1 centres viz., Airport Road, Banashankari,
HBR Layout, J.P. Nagar, Jayanagar, Kalasipalayam,
Malleswaram, Nagarabhavi, R T Nagar, Rajajinagar,
Shantinagar, Tannery Road, Vijayanagar and Yeshwantpure
which are located in several parts of the city,
reducing the need to travel long distances from
one part of the city to another Though the BangaloreOne
centers work from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm, the Train
ticket booking through cash payments will be accepted
from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on all days, for the security
reasons.

payment are acceptable at B1 centres?
Ticket charges, at Bangalore
one centres, can be paid only through Cash and

3. Will the passengers
be charged any additional fee, for the IRCTC services,
at B1 centres?
Yes, there will be additional
fee, apart from the regular charge prescribed

deduction or additional charge for Cancellation
of Train tickets, at B1 centres?
No, there will not be any
additional charge by B1, apart from the regular
charges prescribed for cancellation by IRCTC.

the working hours applicable for booking train
tickets at B1 centres?
Though the BangaloreOne
centers work from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm, the Train
ticket booking through cash payments will be
accepted from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on all days,
for the security reasons. Customer can book
their train tickets, using their credit card,
from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm. This is expected to
provide huge relief to the public, who do not
have to spend long hours waiting to book the
train tickets.
6. Can the passenger
select the train as per his/her wish, at B1 centres?
Yes. The passenger can select
any of the trains according to the availability,
serves from the particular destination to source,
