• Book a Train Ticket:
  
  Now citizen can visit to B1 Centers and can avail this service. Citizen has to furnish journey details, passenger details to book a ticket. Based on the availability can book a train ticket. Maximum Six passengers can travel per one ticket. Citizen will be issued i-Ticket along with B1 Receipt.

• Cancel Train Ticket:
  
  If Citizens want to cancel the train ticket which was booked through Bangalore One center, Cancel Train Ticket is available. Here train tickets booked through Bangalore One Centers only can cancel through Bangalore One Application. Citizen has to furnish the B1 Receipt or can furnish the VIA Reference Number and PNR Number along with i-Ticket. If citizien made the ticket booking through credit card then citizen has to bring the card with transaction slip. Partial cancellation facility is available means out of six passengers one or two passengers can be cancelled and remaining passengers can travel normally by taking another i-ticket.
  
  
• Reprint Train Ticket:
  
  This service is available to take reprint of ticket if any technical issues of printer from B1 end or can take new i-ticket for passengers travelling in case of partial cancellation. If citizen lost the ticket, then citizen can avail another ticket by providing VIA Reference Number.

  •   2nd to 6th passenger - Rs.20/- per ticket
  
  
  (For Higher classes like FC, 3A, 2A, 1A, CC, EC)

  •   2nd to 6th Passanger - Rs. 40/- per ticket
  
  
  Bangalore One levies a service charge of Rs. 8/- per ticket, on and above IRCTC & VIA service charges .
