Renewal of ING Life Insurance Policy

ING Life Insurance service is one of the excellent services, rendered by BangaloreOne.

The ING Life Insurance customer would have the facility, to pay the insurance premium by simply giving the Policy No. at B1 center. This facility would allow the B1 operator to validate the insurance premium before conducting any transaction at B1 centres. On successful payment of premium at B1 center, a receipt would be generated which would be issued to the citizen with duly signature of operator.

The customer has to provide only the policy number in order to pay their insurance premium The payment details are fetched from the department database using the provided policy number.

Payment mode will be cash, DD, Cheque or Credit card. Customer will be provided the BangaloreOne Receipt, at the end of the transaction.


Cancellation of Premium payments

Cancellation of premium payments can be done at BangaloreOne centres and it has to be done within a day from the time, the original transaction done.

No Service Charges...

BangaloreOne levies no service charges and no user charges. No Credit Card charges will be levied at B1, if the payment made through Credit Card.

The Process...

Though the BangaloreOne centers works 24 x 7, the Insurance Premium Payments, through cash, will be accepted from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm on all days, for the security reasons. Payments through the other modes, except cash, will be accepted 24 x 7. B1 centres are working including holidays, which is a major boon to the citizens of Bangalore.

1. How will the integration of ING Life Insurance services with the Bangalore one project work to the benefit of the public in Bangalore?

Residents of Bangalore already benefit from the 68 hi-tech citizen service centres in various parts of the city, which provide various services relating to BMP, BESCOM, BSNL, BWSSB, police, Airtel, Vodafone,Tata Teli Services and Idea(Spice) etc., all under one roof. A new service - namely the ING Life Insurance - is also being added to the bouquet of services being provided by these centres. The public will now be able to book their Flight Tickets at any B1 centres which are spread across the city, reducing the need to travel long distances from one part of the city to another.

2. What modes of payment are acceptable at B1 centres?

Insurance premium charges, at Bangalore one centres, can be paid only through Cash, DD. Cheque & Credit card.

3. Will the citizens be charged any additional fee, for the ING Life Insurance services, at B1 centres?

No, there will not be any additional fee for the ING Life Insurance services, at B1 centres.

4. What will be the working hours applicable for paying Insurance premium payments at B1 centres?

Though the BangaloreOne centers work from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm, Insurance premium through cash payments will be accepted from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on all days, for the security reasons. Customer can pay their premium payments through DD, Cheque and credit card, from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm.
