Air Ticket Booking

The customer can book the Domestic Flight Tickets, throughout all the BangaloreOne centres, based on the availability. The flight ticket can be both for one way trip and round trip. Four passengers per ticket, at the maximum, can be booked.

The customer has to provide the details like source, destination, journey date, no. of passengers, etc. Further the customer has to provide the personal information like email ID and phone no for further contacting them. The customer will get a verification form which contains Flight, passenger, delivery details, journey date and the fare rules. Tickets can be booked only after the customer signs the verification.

Payment mode will be either cash or Credit card. Customer will be provided a Flight Itinerary slip with a Reference number, along with the BangaloreOne Receipt, at the end of the transaction.

After booking the ticket, B1 will send an email and SMS, having the Airline PNR, to the customers e-mail address.

The passenger should bring a valid PHOTO ID card, while on travelling.
 

Air Ticket Booking Status

This service enables a passenger, to check the Booking status of the Flight Ticket, for which he/she has to provide the Reference number. The reference number is mentioned in his Flight Itinerary slip.

Cancellation

Cancellation of flight tickets cannot be done in BangaloreOne centres, for which the passenger has to contact the particular Airline service.
BangaloreOne levies no service charges and no user charges, over and above the prescribed ticket charges.

The Process...

Though the BangaloreOne centers work from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm, the Train ticket booking through cash payments will be accepted from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on all days, for the security reasons. B1 centres are working including holidays, which will be a major boon to the citizens of Bangalore.

1. How will the integration of Flight Raja services with the Bangalore one project work to the benefit of the public in Bangalore?

Residents of Bangalore already benefit from the 68 hi-tech citizen service centres in various parts of the city, which provide various services relating to BMP, BESCOM, BSNL, BWSSB, police, Airtel, Vodafone,Tata Teli Services and Idea(Spice) etc., all under one roof. A new service - namely the Booking of Flight Tickets - is also being added to the bouquet of services being provided by these centres. The public will now be able to book their Flight Tickets at any B1 centres which are spread across the city, reducing the need to travel long distances from one part of the city to another.

2. What modes of payment are acceptable at B1 centres?

Ticket charges, at Bangalore one centres, can be paid only through Cash and Credit Card.

3. Will the passengers be charged any additional fee, for the Flight Raja services, at B1 centres?

4. What will be the working hours applicable for booking flight tickets at B1 centres?

Yes. The passenger can book any of the airline services, serves from the particular destination to source, through B1 centres. The passenger can compare and sort fares by time, price and airline and select the one which is most convenient to him/her. The selected flights shall be visible to the passenger by giving him/her complete information regarding fare break-up and taxes.
