Issue
of Birth Certificate.
Birth Certificate
is issued to every citizen to certify
that his birth has been registered
with the municipal corporation. Citizens
need birth certificates for various
reasons, including as a proof of date
of birth. BMP issues copies of birth
certificates to citizens on payment
of certain amount, on citizens need
basis.
Citizens can now get a birth certificate issued
through BangaloreOne centres also.

of Death Certificate.
Death Certificate
is issued to certify that the death
of an individual has been registered
with the municipal corporation. Citizens
need death certificates for various
reasons, including as a proof of date
of death or even in property inheritance
issues. BMP issues copies of death
certificates to citizens on payment
of certain amount, on citizens need
basis.
Citizens can now get a death certificate issued
through BangaloreOne centres also.

Payment
of Property Tax.
The citizens can
pay the tax due on their property, which
is registered with BMP, through BangaloreOne
centres also. The citizen needs to bring
their previous property tax receipt
along with them to pay the property
tax.

Filing
of Grievances.
This particular service would
be shortly available on all BangaloreOne centres.
Citizen can visit any BangaloreOne centre and
submits an application specifying that he/she
wants to file a complaint against Bangalore Mahanagar
Palike. The application specifies the department
and the cause of his complaint.
