Viewing and Payment of bills.
Citizen can get the Electricity
bill details as well as pay the bills in any
of the BangaloreOne centres. He/she can pay
the bill through cash, cheque or DD. You can
have multiple bill payments through a single
cheque or DD provided the DD/Cheque should be
taken in favour of BangaloreOne and it must
be taken from any of the RBI(Reserve Bank of
India) recognized banks.

Filing
of grievances.
This service will be available
shortly through all the BangaloreOne Centres.
A citizen can submit an application in any of
the BangaloreOne centres and the details will
be transferred to the department immediately.
Also the citizen will be given a unique grievance
tracing ID. This is a free service for the citizen.

in BangaloreOne Portal

Viewing and Payment
of bills.
Now you can make the electricity bill payments
through our BangaloreOne portal service. Here
the payments will be done in a highly secured
manner. The payments will be done through credit
cards and at present we accept VISA and MASTER
CARDS.A receipt will be generated for each of
such successful transactions specifying the unique
Transaction ID of BangaloreOne and other bill
details.

Filing of grievances.
This service is also available on the web through our portal service. This
is a free service to the citizen where the citizen can file the grievances against BESCOM.
