  RCOM serves the citizens of Bangalore with an exhaustive range of quality telephone services. With a view to provide the citizens of Bangalore an array of options to make the payments of their RCOM fixed and wireless bills, RCOM has integrated their Viewing and payment of bills service for RCOM with BangaloreOne, so that the citizens can utilize the convenience of payment of their bills at any of the several Bangalore One centers spread across Bangalore city.
  
  Citizens can view and pay their RCOM fixed and wireless telephone bills through this service.
  

• RCOM recognizes two categories of customers:
  
  1. Corporate Customers (Non-Individual, Multiple Connection)
  2. Consumer Customers (Individual, Single Connection)
  
  The citizens are able to pay their bills at all BangaloreOne centres depending on the type of connection. For corporate customers citizen must furnish the bills for payments whereas it is not mandatory in case of consumer customers. The bill details are searched from the Reliance database using the account number or telephone number as the search parameter, and only after confirmation from the citizen the bills are accepted at the BangaloreOne centres. The mode of payments can be through Cash/Cheque/DD/Credit Card. The Cheque/DD should be in favour of. RCIL A/c RIS<10 or 19 digit CAF or A/C No> and it must be approved by any of the RBI (Reserve Bank of India) recognized banks.
