Ticket Booking.

* Citizen can book package throgh KSTDC service integrated with Bangalore One.
* Citizen can book ticket and accommodation for selected destination through KSTDC.
* Citizen can book accommodation based on the types such as Single, Twin, and Triple. Members can be allowed
   based on the accommodation type is selected.
* Citizen can pay the amount through Cash or Credit Card. For credit card transactions, service charges will not
   be collected from the citizen.

Ticket Postpone.

* Citizen has a facility to postpone the trip for already booked ticket. Partial ticket postpone facility is also
   available. If 6 passengers are travelling, out of which two passengers wish to postpone the trip, can postpone.
* Here citizen has to furnish PNR Number and New Date of Journey to the B1 operator.
* New Date of Journey will be enterred and search the trips available on particular date.
* For Postpone, Ticket amount should not be less than the previously booked ticket amount.

Ticket Cancellation.

* Citizen can cancel the trip made through KSTDC service.
* citizen has to furnish the B1 Transaction Number, PNR Number and Seat Numbers.
* Ticket Details will be fetched along with Refund amount details.
* On successful cancellation of the ticket, amount will be refunded with some deductions, user charges and some
   cancellation fees. Calculation Rules as per the KSTDC department are, 10% will be deducted before 48 hours,
   25% will be deducted before 24 hours and No refund or cancellation within 24 hours.
