DISH TV Subscriber would have the facility to recharge the
top-up through Bangalore One Centers by simply giving the VC Number. at B1
centre. This facility would allow the B1 operator to validate the Subscriber
before conducting any transaction at B1 centres. On successful payment of
top-up amount will be reflecting in the subscriber’s account directly and an
SMS message will be received as an acknowledggment from DISH TV, a B1 receipt
would be generated that would be handed over to the citizen, duly signed by the
operator.
The customer has to provide only the VC Number in order to
recharge the TOP UP. The Subscriber details like Name and available balance
will be retrieved from the department database using the provided VC Number.
Payment mode will be cash and Credit card. Customer will be
provided the BangaloreOne Receipt, at the end of the transaction.
