Do's and Dont's for Online Payment


Do's

  • Before committing the transaction, User should verify whether all the Details and Pay mode are properly entered or not. For this a confirmation page is displayed and the transaction is committed only when the
    user verifies the details and clicks on 'Confirm' button.
  • Single Click on the Submit button, wait for processing to complete
  • It is always better to note the Transaction number that is being generated at the end of the bill payment in the Receipt page.
  • After generating the receipt, the user must verify the details printed in the receipt before printing the receipt.
  • The User must also check before printing the receipt page that the printer is connected and that it is working properly.
  • User must change the ‘Login Password’ after every 30 days for  the purpose of security <

  • The User can pay only One Bill amount at a time. (One Transaction for one bill).
  • The User can pay the bill only through Credit Card.



Service Wise


BESCOM

  • User can make BESCOM monthly bills payments only after logging into the Portal using the ID that he has already registered using the registration process on the site.
  • If any record is not found or if any error is displayed, the user can navigate to the Common Errors link to know what has to be done.

BWSSB

  • User can make BWSSB monthly bills payments only after logging into the Portal using the ID that he has already registered using the registration process on the site.
  • If any record is not found or if any error is displayed, the user can navigate to the Common Errors link to know what has to be done.


BSNL

  • User can make BSNL monthly bills payments only after logging into the Portal using the ID that he has already registered using the registration process on the site.
  • If any record is not found or if any error is displayed, the user can navigate to the Common Errors link to know what has to be done.

Don’ts

  • The User must not provide his/her user account information to an unknown person. This is very important because in case of any verification of Bill Payment it will be hard to identify the transaction.
  • In case of any error after doing a transaction, do not try to do another transaction before knowing why the error has occurred. For knowing about errors please navigate to the Common Errors link.
  • Avoid using 'Back' button of browser.
